Amalia Prabowo is an alumnus of Social Development and Welfare, which was known as Sociology when she was in college. She graduated in 1987. While still an active student, Amalia was involved in the Bulaksumur Student Activity Unit (UKM).

Currently, Amalia serves as Managing Director of ExportHub.id, a domestic initiative ecosystem that promotes the export of MSME products to foreign countries. Responding to the pandemic that has hit the entire world, including Indonesia, Amalia sees this as an opportunity for MSMEs to go international. Through ExportHub.id, which she leads, MSMEs can enter the global market with existing programs. Some of these programs include human resource development to manage access to global buyers, online store management for premium SME products, and international business management for export execution.

According to Amalia, PSdK alumni have the same opportunity to compete at the global level. She advised PSdK students to have a global mindset, where as PSdK students they should not only be able to play a role at the local or national level, but must also be able to bring local wisdom to the international arena. Being active in building networking in the global community from an early age is also another factor that needs to be cultivated by PSdK students. In addition, PSdK students must also have entrepreneurial and digital capabilities in order to be able to create jobs and easily enter the global market through digital platforms.
