His main task as a community empowerment analyst is closely related to field activities that require social sensitivity to be able to identify the potential and problems experienced by the community.

Participating in social mapping research during college became valuable preparation to strengthen her theoretical knowledge for practical work.

In addition, according to her, the Creativity Hub (C-HUB) FISIPOL UGM activity became another space outside the classroom that was very useful for gaining experience and networking. Actively participating in C-HUB activities during college was useful for Ramali to learn a variety of knowledge, especially to train her creativity.

Ramali conveyed a message to PSdK Master’s students to continue striving to complete their studies in preparation for their future careers. According to him, it is very important to hone intrapersonal skills. “With good intrapersonal skills, we can understand ourselves, including motivating ourselves to keep moving forward,” said Ramali.
